With my background and expertise in visual arts and storytelling, I apply adventure, curiosity, and a library of lived experiences to a structured, yet open-minded creativity in my design process. Each project is approached with an enthusiastic energy and a holistic balance; I uncover what’s needed to understand the material and distill the elements that make it tick. The end results are solutions that relate to your audience, building customer engagement and brand loyalty.
Some of my favorite projects have been in brand discovery, development, and curation, working with a range of corporate, non-profit, higher education, and independent businesses to help solve their design needs, creating award-winning website designs, marketing and social media campaigns, data visualization, infographics, and illustration, with recognition by Transform Magazine, the Davey Awards, and Web Excellence Awards.

A fine arts painting degree (Boston University School of Visual Arts), was my stepping stone to an immersive career in filmmaking, working on shoots both in home base NYC, across the country, and overseas. Years later, after starting a family and swapping my home in Hell’s Kitchen for more space north of the five boroughs, the timing was perfect to expand my visual arts background and pivot to a career in graphic and communications design, returning full-circle with a robust toolkit to take on roles with studios and agencies as a designer and art director, both remotely and in-person.
Now settled into the Lower Hudson Valley of New York, I design in my treehouse studio and home, together with my husband, teenage son, and our Chocolate Lab, Oscar. When I’m not poring over typefaces, photography, and color palettes, I'm following my son’s exciting baseball endeavors, hiking the off leash trails with Oscar, hanging with community lake friends, and wondering when I’ll get to take my Ducati for a spin again.
